His brother is a general contractor, and through him Simon saw an entire world of subcontractors—electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs—all incredibly skilled, but with zero digital presence. They spend half their time hunting for the next job instead of doing the work they actually love. With AI changing how people find services, it's only getting harder for them.
