Verification Data: We collect and store copies of your business license, insurance certificates, and other credential documents you provide.

Performance Data: We collect data related to your responsiveness, including call answer times during our verification tests ("3-Ring Test").

• To verify your identity and credentials against official records.
• To generate your public verification profile and status.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To communicate with you about your account, expiration alerts, and updates.

3. Data Sharing & Public Visibility

Public Profile: Your business name, verification status, license number, insurance status, and response metrics are made public on your Verified Node certificate page and via our API. This allows customers and AI systems to verify your legitimacy.

Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our business (e.g., payment processors like Stripe, cloud hosting).

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Analytics and advertising measurement

We use Vercel Analytics and PostHog to understand visits and conversion steps. Depending on the feature, this includes page activity, referral and campaign information, device information and a browser-stored visitor identifier. Account and transaction identifiers help measure completed purchases.

If you opt in on our contractor landing page and Meta measurement is enabled, we send Meta your page activity, checkout steps, browser identifiers, purchase value, currency, campaign context and hashed contact/account identifiers to measure and improve advertising. Hashing does not make this anonymous. We do not send your credential numbers, uploaded documents or document contents to Meta. Optional advertising consent is not required to buy.

Use “Turn off ad measurement” on the contractor landing page to stop browser measurement for this session. We honor Global Privacy Control. You can also contact support@verifiednode.com to withdraw advertising consent for future sharing or request access/deletion. Browser blocking tools may limit analytics. Uploaded credential files are used for review; public document sharing requires your choice. Copies others download after you choose to publish cannot be recalled.

6. Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your personal account information at any time via your dashboard. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
